May 11, 2010 - MindFire and RentalMax team up to launch sizzling new Web site

With the help of MindFire Communications, Rental Max, Chicago’s largest rental equipment company, has launched a redesigned Web site at www.rentalmax.com.

The new site features improved navigation, a dramatic new design, and enhanced search functions, intended to make it easier for customers to find and rent the equipment they are looking for. It also includes a rental reservation request form that enables customers to receive quotes and place equipment on hold online.

“In today’s online culture, it’s critical to ask yourself what customers are looking for and what they are hoping to achieve by visiting your site,” said Jamie McFadden, interactive arsonist for MindFire Communications. “The new RentalMax site truly takes that into consideration. It makes it easier for customers to find the products they’re looking for and immediately determine the cost and availability of that equipment.”

As a result of this attention to user needs, RentalMax saw a visible increase in rental quote requests and resulting sales after the launch of the new site. Newsletter subscriptions also increased.
